- Large comfortable bedrooms with cable T.V in each room. Walk-in closet in master is owners and not available. Plenty of dressers and closet space throughout. Full washer and dryer use available. Out side patio has a propane gas grill and partial view of lake. Home is owner’s vacation house and now a limited rental. All furniture is brand new. Home is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Dish washer, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils. Equipped with complete dinner ware, all glasses, coffee mugs and Misc. There is a full range of pots and pans, Blender and toaster. Home is tiled throughout with bedrooms carpeted. Garage is not available. There is plenty of parking in 3 car driveway and front of house. Cleaning service is available as needed during stay if requested we can pre arrange durring your stay. Cleaning deposit is required and special cleaning schedules can be arranged. Early check-in and Check out ok. Need to confirm.

Lake Havasu City House Details
There are plenty of local golf courses nearby ranging from beginner to expert. Starting out from Havasu Marina going down the river you will find numerous sand beaches and secluded coves to explore. There are marinas and restaurants. One of our favorites is the Spring’s restaurant located at Springs Resort south on the river at the Parker Dam. As you go up river you will pass through the Bridge Water Channel and entrance (Havasu Marina and Boat launch area) also the London Bridge at the historic English shopping village. Traveling up the river you will enter the lake area open for wake boarding, tubing and waterskiing. Continuing up river you will pass the sandbar and further up the beautiful Topak Gorge. Continuing further up river you pass under the old trussell bridge where Hwy 95 crosses the river and theTopak Marina. Venturing further up the river you can head all the way up to Laughlin.
