Miramar Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Until your stay is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rates include all fees so you just pay the listed rate and FL state tax (credit card processing fee of 3.5% only if paying by credit card).
Weekly Reservations: 25% deposit to hold the reservation, fully refundable until 21 days before the booked stay at which date it becomes non-refundable. Remainder due any time prior to check-in. $300 deposit required unless damage insurance is purchased to cover your stay (ask us about this insurance).
Monthly Reservations: 25% of monthly rent required to hold reservation, fully refundable until 30 days before the booked stay at which date it becomes non-refundable. Remainder of 1st month due any time before check-in. Subsequent months due by 25th day of prior month. Damage deposit equal to 50% of one month's rent required at check-in. - Owner handles bookings and lives out of state. Check-in done by guest, Owner will supply unique door code for your stay. Local representative available for problems, daily maid service, repairs, and check out.

This is one of our vacation properties in the area, so we may very well be in Destin when you are and we enjoy meeting the people who share our home here.
