Pacific Beach Condo Details
Ocean View: When we bought this home, we really wanted an ocean view, but we just couldn't afford it. Then we started thinking, how much time are we really going to spend in the home anyway? My family and I are going to be on the beach every day and it's just steps away!!! Plus, we don't charge the extra fee that properties with the view have! So it's not so bad not having a view after all :)
