- During the holidays of Memorial Day (May 23-26), 4th of July (July 4-6) and Labor Day (August 30- Sept 1) holiday rates will apply and a two night minimum is required. Holiday rates are $500 per night.

Theme Parks: With 1-10 only 4 miles from the house you can get into San Antonio within approx 20 minutes. SA offers parks including Sea World, Fiesta Texas, the San Antonio Zoo and Natural Bridge Caverns to name a few.
Outlet Malls: A quick drive to San Marcos will get you to some of the best Outlet shopping that Texas has to offer.
Ski: Lake McQueeney is our areas premier ski and wake boarding lake. Boat and Jetski rental details available upon request.
Golf: The house is located only a few minutes from The Bandit golf course located on FM 725 in New Braunfels.
