- We require a $250.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit.
- Compare to what the house has to offer, you are getting a bargain.. The rental fee plus the $250 refundable security deposit and the $150 cleaning fee needs to be paid in full 60 days before the arrival date, for reservation made less than 60 days in advance, we only accept certified bank checks or wire transfer, the guests are responsible for all the bank fees associated with money transfer and money conversion fees. The security deposit will be returned to you within 21 days after your departure in the absence of damages.
Rental fee does not include long distance phone calls. Renters will be responsible for any and all damages that exceed the security deposit. No cancellations accepted after reservations are made.
This house is for 4 people only.
No long term rentals, this house is a seasonal rental only. We do not reply to WINTER, DAILY OR WEEKEND RENTALS.. PAYPAL accepted.... - By making reservation renters agree to :
A- Returning from beach take a shower outside to rinse off the sand,.
B- Shake beach suits/ towels outside before washing (sand will break the washing machine).
C- Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes.
D- Place the trash in the container provided to protect it from animals, place it by the street on WEDNESDAY night
( the trash pick up is on Thursdays) otherwise we pay extra
E- Upon departure, lock the door, leave the key where you found it, or you pay$12.
F- Leave the house in general condition as you find it.
G- Do not use personal belongings,food, alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks of the owner downstairs.
H- Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM FIRM, a charge of $75/hour after11:00 Am departure or before 4:00 Pm arrival time applies.
I- Please place used linens in washing machine and turn it on before your departure.
J- FOR SAFETY, DONT LEAVE FIRE IN FIRE PIT UNATTENDED OR OPEN, WIND BLOWS IN FROM THE WATER

- Beautifully designed bathroom, very pretty with heat lamp. WE ARE ON THE SEPTIC SYSTEM, SO PLEASE DO OT THROW ANYTING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET, NO FEMININ NAPKINS, ECT. EVEN Q- TIPS MAY CAUSE BACK UP AND DAMAGE,, NO PETS OF ANY KIND, PLEASE....We will NOT RESPOND to those inquiries.

I- Do not throw any object or excessive toilet paper in the toilet
J- replace the wood you use out of considerations for the next group.
