- The rental fee plus security deposit and the cleaning fee needs to be paid in full 60 days before the arrival date, if the reservation is made less than 60 days in advance, we will only accept certified bank checks or wire transfer, the guests are responsible for all the bank fees associated with money transfer.
Rental fee does not include long distance phone calls.
No cancellations accepted after reservations are made.
