One half of rental rate is due upon making a reservation. All Payments Made Within 30 Days Of Move-In Must Be Cash Or Cashier's Check.
A damage/security deposit of $500 dollars is due upon remittance of the remainder of the rent at move-in. The damage/security deposit will be returned promptly within 14 days after the end of the rental.
A lease contract is also required and will be provided once deposit has been received.
A cleaning fee of $200 is required.
Linens can be supplied for $185/wk. -
Cancellation:
If you cancel 30 days or more in advance there is a $200 cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented there will be no additional fees due and your deposits will be refunded by the first day of your canceled rental period less the $200 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will forfit your entire deposit.
If you cancel 30 days or less all deposits are forfeited.

Going to the Beach and Other Details: : There is a semi-private beach is across the street from the home. This is a fantastically wide beach with very few people – access by foot is limited to the few homes in this area. Unlike the public beaches you can play Frisbee, fly kites and boogie board to your hearts desire. Looking for a lifeguard and just wishing to sun and splash in the water? There is also access to Fenwick Island state park beach up the road with plenty of parking. The park has lifeguard, showers, rest rooms, snack bar, and umbrella rentals. Day Trip about 20 minutes from the home: Rehoboth Beach, 5 minutes and you’re in Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island, 10 minutes and you reach Ocean City.
