Wonderful beach house with unbeatable location. Located just 3 houses from the beach and 1/2 block to Brigantine shops and restaurants. This 4 bedroom Cape features an eat-in kitchen, family room and living room (both with seating and televisions), outdoor shower, and large upstairs deck with ocean views. House is configured with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs and can comfortably sleep 8. House amenities include off-street parking for 2 cars, large backyard with gas grill, washer and dryer, 3 tvs with cable, dvd player, and window air conditioners for all rooms. We have just finished re-carpeting, painting and decorating the whole house. It is clean, comfortable, roomy and great for families.

Beach block, 1/2 block to town center. This includes restaurants, shopping, food market, seafood market, ice cream and arcade. Public golf course on the island. Just 5 minute drive to Atlantic City casinos, boardwalk and outlet shopping (24 hour taxi service available). Also a short ride to Ocean City for family friendly boardwalk and rides.
