Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rental is Sunday 3:00 pm check in to Sunday 10:00 am check out
Weekend rental is Friday 12:00 pm check in to Sunday 10:00 am check out
* Additional nights based on availability.
We require a signed rental agreement and a $250.00 deposit to reserve dates.
Balance of Rental and $250.00 refundable Security Deposit or renters insurance due 30 days prior to rental dates. - Summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Rates
Weekly Rate is $895.00 (Sunday to Sunday)
Weekend Rate is $375.00. $135.00 for each additional night
Minimum 4 night stay during June, July and August
Off season weekly rate is $650.00
Off season weekend rate is $325.00
$75.00 for additional days
