Bedrooms/office: Two back bedrooms are large and quiet and look out on a sunny garden. The master bedroom has a cherry colored queen poster bed and a pull-down cherry desk with flower box in the window. The second bedroom has as an office/work-space, with a desk and internet-ready computer, plus a couch and television. The couch opens up to a queen sleeper. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets and plenty of shelving space. The hall has two more large closets.

Transportation/laundry: The tenant has one parking space restricted to cars that are no wider than a mid-size car-we can’t fit oversized SUVs or trucks. It is a two car garage, tight fit, but works with a car of average width, with a remote control door. Again, parking is side by side, 24 hour access but over-wide vehicles may not fit so please inquire. If you prefer not to use a car there are city bus stops a few feet from the house, with easy access eastbound to downtown or westbound to the Golden Gate Park. The unit has it's own laundry room with gas dryer and washing machine and utility sink and additional pantry storage.

What people like about our flat: The open, clean and nicely finished and decorated rooms are a plus to all visitors. The wide living room has full park and city views, and bay windows to sit in, which add to the openness. Living right where all the tourists flock to photograph the famous view of Victorians and cityscape is a San Francisco experience. The unit above is owner-occupied by husband and wife who are devoted San Franciscans and will see that all is running smoothly and that any questions about navigating San Francisco are answered. They have an 11 year old daughter and a small dog named Riley. They love to garden, and recently finished an upper stone and terraced patio with wood outdoor furniture and umbrella and barbecue, wonderful flowers and shrubs and are happy to share their backyard and amazing lemon tree with the guests.
