Milton Estate Summary
Our home is a 5000+ square foot, traditional white, 3-story Colonial Estate built in the late 1800's restored to magnificent beauty and elegance. With working fireplaces in each bedroom and working fireplaces throughout the estate.
In our living room our guests can enjoy a 100' big screen movie theatre for TV, DVD, and PS2 games.
In the enclosed glass atrium is a 5-person Jacuzzi.
The best feature is our incredible location, the house was built on a cliff overlooking the Hudson River with 180 degree views. The built in swimming pool is located on the cliffs edge.
We are located near Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY, and 3 miles from commuter trains to NYC. Drive time to the city is a little over an hour.
In addition we are located within 10 miles of Vassar College, Marist College, West Point Military Academy And the Culinary Institute of America.
