Enjoy your next vacation in this beautiful 4900 sq. ft. furnished home. You will enjoy a relaxing environment while having fun. Everyone will love spending time in the loft game room on the second floor and the relaxing features is the tropical backyard with pebble sheen pool, water slide and waterfall grotto.
You can look forward to a large spacious master bedroom with king size bed, large open master bath and walk in closet on the first floor. Your other guests will enjoy three bedrooms with queen size beds with their own walk in closets and two full baths on the second floor. There is a 630 sq. ft. room addition on the second floor that will accommodate another 12 to 14 guests comfortably depending on bed size requests. The dining and living areas are very large and open for entertaining.
We are surrounded by Custom and Semi-Custom Homes in South Gilbert bordering Chandler. We are located in Shamrock Estates near the intersection of Higly Road & Chandler Heights Road

- Security Deposit of $500 refundable as long as no damages to property. 50% of rental fees plus the cleaning fee of $200 plus the $500.00 deposit due at booking, balance due 7 days prior to arrival. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00. Contract will be due within 10 days of booking.
- Visa , Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. There will be a 4% fee added to all credit card bookings. You may pay also pay by check, cashiers check or money orders. For bookings we will have to receive the the 50% of rental fees plus the cleaning fee of $200 plus the deposit of $500 with in 7 days of booking. Contract will be due with 10 days of booking.
