Beautiful luxury home that has it all. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and built in coffee and espresso maker. Large game room with pool table. 3 living rooms with leather furniture- great for privacy for multiple couples and large families. Over 4000 sq. feet. Beautiful salt water swimming pool and hot tub with solar heat (pool area is fenced for safety). 1/2 acre lot with grass and horseshoe pits set up for the guys. Large private seating area with barbecue Island great for cookouts and an outdoor misting system for the hot months. There is a RV gate and a 3 car garage with extra fridge in garage for supplies.
Location, Location, Location 1 mile away away from Westgate home of the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes. For all the football fans I do have access to 6 tickets in the end zone 15 rows up they will go fast!!
Restaurants within 3 miles: Yard house, Margaritaville, Gordon Biersch, Fox sports grill--too many to list!
