Ocean side Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club area with Playground across the street for the kids, tennis courts at the end of the street and the bike/jogging trail right outside your front door! Brand new landscaping including front and rear paver patios. There is an outdoor grill and all patio furniture, 2 car parking in front of garage in addition to street parking. Inside amenities include a brand new kitchen and appliances including refrigerator/freezer, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Kitchen has all cookware, flatware and all dining essentials. Window air, washer/dryer.
Local Attractions: Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club area, 150 yards to the beach! Walk to the best restaurants, shopping, amusements, play house...all the attractions. The bird sanctuary is just a few miles to the south and Barnegate Light House is fun to see on the north end of the island.
