Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A Security Deposit of $500 Is Required and Will Be Returned Within 10 days of your departure
- Linens (sheets and towels) available upon request with additional fee of $150.00 per rental period.
- If you have to cancel, for any reason, once a reservation is made, every effort will be made to re-rent the property for you. Notification and permission to re-rent must be given in writing or email.
We will refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee, if the property gets re-rented for the time period canceled. If the property is not re-rented, you will lose any monies paid
A 25% deposit is required when booking 6 months in advance, with another 25% due within 3 months in advance. A 50% deposit is required when booking 3 months in advance. The remaining portion of the rent is due within 10 days of your arrival.
