Have your morning coffee while watching our fish happily swimming in our pond, there are sometimes beautiful water lilies, humming birds and butterflies. This beautifully furnished home has a large great room with a 32 inch TV. We also include a stereo, DVD player. The spacious patio home has 1700 square feet for you to sprawl out in. It also has amazing storage. The home also features a full dining room and breakfast area. A built in desk is available for your computer. The two large split bedrooms each having their own private bathrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a bath with double sinks and a walk-in closet and a TV and hair dryer. Also Included are local phone and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with a double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, smooth top stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, place settings for 8, silverware, knives, iron, ironing board, all linens. Full size washer and dryer. Two car covered carport. Community pool.

The Northwest hospital is 10 minutes away and we are 20 minutes from the U of A and highway I-10, theaters, Downtown. **Near the Tucson botanical gardens, a short trip to the Desert Museum and 20 minutes to Sabino Canyon. *** Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Mexico, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tubac, Mount Lemon, Tombstone and Bisbee.
