The property boasts 100 feet of level lake front perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, or just plain sitting and viewing. In addition to (2) first floor bedrooms-one master suite with two skylights- the cottage offers large living room with (13) feet of windows with an unobstructed view of the lake. A (100) square foot porch-two complete walls having sliding doors and screens-also offers unobstructed views of the lake. The dining room seats (6-8) and again offers a view of the lake. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The kitchen is clean, modern, has a dishwasher and a view of the lake. The laundry room -washer/dryer ironing board -is upstairs. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. This cottage is perfect for 1-4 people. The fact that this property is walking distance from downtown Skaneateles is very significant and rare.

Golf Details: There is an abundance of good, reasonable, public golf courses within 15-30 minutes drive. If your looking for golf, I can supply all the info you need.

Lake activity: This property is on the East side of the lake-best for afternoon sun. Access to a dock and chairs is included in the rental. There is a wonderful public launch across the lake.

Finger Lake Wineries: Our regional wines have come a long way. The Finger Lakes Wine Trail makes a great day trip.
