Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rental Rates .. From $175/night (up to 4 people) .. From $1225/week.
$20/night per additional adult; $5/night per additional child under 12.
$25 per pet per stay.
Two Night Minimum; Three Night Minimum on Holidays, including the weekend of the World's Longest Yard Sale(which begins first Thursday in August).
One to Four Night Stays: One (1) Nights Deposit;
Five plus Nights: Two Nights Deposit.
Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am
