The major theme parks are just a 15 to 30 minute drive away with local shops, restaurants & supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes. Florida's beautiful white sandy beaches on the West Coast are just 90 minutes away & Daytona, for the surfers, 2 hours to the East along I4. A few miles to the north along Hwy 27 is Lake Louisa State Park which offers fishing, boating or just a leisurely stroll in the sun. Golfers, take your pick from the many local courses. Beginner or seasoned pro, there's something for everyone! 10 minutes away is the Orange Lake Golf & Country Club with its course designed by Arnold Palmer.

Orange Tree Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates from $135 (£68) per night
  • 1st March to 27th June - $1050 (£525)
    28th June to 29th August - $1190 (£595)
    30th August to 12th December - $1050 ($525)
    13th December to 2nd January - $1190 (£595)
    3rd January to 26th June - $1050 (£525)
  • Optional Pool heating $200 (£100) per week (recommended October - March)

    Stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a $80 (£40) cleaning charge.

    A reservation deposit of $200 (£100) per week is required to secure your booking.

    In addition a $400 (£200) fully refundable security deposit is required with your final balance.

    All rates are inclusive of state taxes (where appropriate) & are subject to change without notice (due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate).

    We accept payment by personal check, credit card (via secure server) & wire transfer.

    Discounts for early bookings & extended stays available. Please contact us for details.

Golf: Nearby golf courses include : Legends, Celebration, Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate, Ridgewood Lakes, Palisades, Mystic Dunes + 6 Disney courses!!

Guest Book: The holiday was fantastic, your villa is really lovely, the kids just loved the pool, the Orange Tree estate is really great. We did the Disney's etc, but managed to get to Lake Louisa National Park, it was really beautiful and made a nice change from the malls and theme parks. I enjoyed my visit even more this year, weather great, people great, food great. I will certainly recommend your villa to friends and family. The Sommervilles, Birmingham, UK. (May 2006).
