Welcome to Flowertown! Historic Summerville with all it's own charm is only 30 minutes from Charleston. You'll love your stay here. This sweet contemporary home was originally set up as an executive rental for many of the nearby corporations and we soon realized that many people actually vacation in Summerville.
Our home has been lovingly decorated with a Charleston charm. Pineapples, Palm and banana tree decor, colorful yet calm and relaxing. We've brought a bit of the beachy style in, although we are not at the beach just to give you a taste of that vacation atmosphere.
You will love your stay with us. Get comfortable and make this your second home away from home!

The Summerville/Charleston area have much to offer for entertainment. Spend the day shopping at one-of-a-kind boutiques, specialty stores and antique shops. Looking for a little history, just a short drive and you can immerse yourself with Antebellum plantations, intricate gardens and historic homes and museums.
If it’s outdoor adventure you’re after, try kayaking and canoeing down one of the nearby rivers. Our state parks are nearby too, to take in history and adventure. Golfing has been a favorite past time. Golfers at all levels will find a golf courses that challenges them in the Summerville area.
Waterparks for the kids, Home made ice cream shops, live theatre, all the makings of small town comfort.
Drive for less than 30 minutes and you are in Downtown Charleston. A few minutes more and you’re at the beach. If staying beach front isn’t your cup of tea, you’ll love Summerville!

We ask that you clean the property upon vacating. We have a $150 cleaning service fee that is not included. We will bill you $150 if the property is not cleaned upon departure. *see departure rules. Absolutely no smoking on the property, inside or out. Any smoking related damages to the property will be a $500 fine. Absolutely no pets on the property, inside or out. Any pets found on the property will be a $500 fine. Otherwise, we are really nice people to deal with. Just looking out for our next guest who may be allergic to smoke or pets or both. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Summerville House Details
Damage Deposit Requirements: $450 for 2 weeks or less. $1,000 if over 2 weeks. Due with invoice. Payable by PayPal.
Strictly Non-Smoking: We ask that you refrain from smoking while on the property. We charge a $500 vent fogging fee if we detect the smell of smoke in the property.
Absolutely no pets: Pets are not allowed whether you bring them or a friend brings their pet for a nite. The owner is allergic, and there will be a $500 cleaning fee assessed.
