Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$750/ week (7th night free)
September - February: $110/ night
$660/ week (7th night free)
3 night minimum
$250 reservation/damage deposit refundable following departure minus .
$75 cleaning fee.
In season rates apply during weeks of holidays and special events.
9% state and local tax.
Full payment required 20 days before arrival. No cancellations thereafter, please.
