It may be possible to reserve a booking at a special rate at the last minute subject to availability. 'Last minute' is deemed to be within four weeks of the start-date of your booking.

- The bathrooms are all equipped with ample towels. We provide hair dryers in each of the bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom, features two sinks and a large walk in shower and a relaxing bath. There is more storage than you could ever need. The main bathroom is on the upper floor and is easily accessible to each of the three bedrooms. It features one sink, toilet and bath / shower. There is a downstairs bathroom with a sink and toilet.

- This villa sleeps 8 plus an infant in cot provided. The master bedroom suite has a King size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom to this room with a separate shower and bath and double vanity sink. To complete the master suite there are large wardrobes with ample storage space. There is spare bed linen in the wardrobes of each bedroom. The other three bedrooms accommodation are made up as follows: Queen-size bedroom, Double bed sized room, Twin bedded room. Each room has ample wardrobe and storage space. In the Queen double room, there is an infant cot which is provided at no extra cost.

House Keeping: Our Villa Manager is contactable throughout the duration of your stay. Other management services that you may come across during your stay are the pool man, the gardener and the guy who keeps tropical bugs at bay. Florida has a sub-tropical climate and as such is a haven for little bugs that would like to get into the fabric of the building. They are prevented by the termite man who pays regular visits to the external area. Your privacy will not be compromised.
The Local Area: Walt Disney was the first to recognize its potential when he bought a plethora of swampland and turned it into DisneyWorld. He created a family of theme parks including, of course, the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Following close on Walt's heels came the creators of the other famous theme parks including Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and so many more. So everybody knows that Orlando is the undisputed world champion in the theme park stakes, which is great, but it has so much else to offer. Orlando is almost mid-way between two beautiful coastlines, both reachable in about an hour. To the west the long white-sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf Coast (plus another excellent theme park Busch Gardens and the interesting city of Tampa) and to the east lies the beach resorts of the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Canaveral home of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Golf: There are many golf courses in the local area - too many to choose from. Whether you are novice or pro, the Orlando area offers some the World's best courses. We will be happy to provide you with details of courses upon request.
Guest Book: Well, I have just returned from 4 weeks of perfect December weather. I really did not want to leave the house. With temperatures in the 80's its hard to leave it behind. You would think with 4 weeks in Florida that I would have nailed everything, but guess again, there is still so much that I have not done or seen, which I planned to do. The house is a great base for visiting all of Florida because it is in such a central location. Both the east and west coasts are only 1 hour away and there are so many lovely small towns just a short drive away. One place we did visit was the Osceola Heritage Park which not only hosts many rodeo's but also has concerts and events. We saw 'The World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions', it was an awesome show. I can definitely recommend the dinner shows of Arabian Nights and Medieval Times - both are truly spectacular shows and the food is great to. SeaWorld is well worth a day or two and the shows are unmissable!! Paul Drew - December 2007
