Location: This private villa sits 5 minutes drive from the heart of Cabo San Lucas to allow for easy access to all activities but to also have the tranquility and separation of the chaos of this busy tourist destination. The home sits in a new development that sits at the base of a beautiful mountain and has never ending panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez from all areas within the home including the large wrap around terrace. The home is located 2 minute drive from one of the best snorkeling beaches in town and also is 1 minute drive from the Costco where you can stock up with necessary food and drinks. The home is located in a development of only 18 homes and therefore is very quiet and peaceful and you feel like the community pool and terrace area is all your own.
