Pool Use: The pool is open from May through September. During your stay the pool will be serviced weekly. Heating the pool is at your expense. Gas usage will be calculated and deducted from your deposit or billed to you.
smoking: Is not allowed at any time within the house. There is an ashtray available on the rear deck. Please don't smoke inside the house. Thank you.
Monthly rentals: Telephone and electric usage will be deducted from your security deposit.
