There is a separate Gameroom with an 8' pool table, foosball, and double french doors opening to a 250 sq ft deck overlooking the river. The rock bottom river runs continuous through the year and is almost always at a very leisurely flow, great for kids. The covered back porch provides a beautiful view of the river and the 100 year old Cypress trees. Easy to watch the activity in the river directly from the porch. Sit in the back yard and BBQ your dinner for the night. Enjoy a glass of ice tea, or a glass of wine, as you watch the deer and the river move through the back yard. Sit in the hot tub and watch the deer and the river. Enjoy a fire out by the outdoor firepit. Go into Wimberley for live theatre, or dinner.

Hill Country Estate on the Blanco River: A 3000 sq ft farmhouse, originally built in 1958, and completely updated to new home condition, while still keeping the charm of a hill country farm house. The covered back porch has comfortable rockers that allow you to relax under the ceiling fans and you watch the deer and the river in the back yard. There is a separate game room with an 8' pool table and foosball, with double french doors leading out to a large deck that overlooks the river.

3 Acres of Privacy Directly on the Blanco: Our property sits on 3 acres that is well protected from any neighbors. There is 300' of direct river frontage on the crystal clear Blanco River. The river is lined with 100 year old cypress trees, that provide great shade on the banks of the river. The front yard offers a tree lined driveway and a large grass yard, great for kids or the family football game. There is a large covered Gazebo with a BBQ pit.

Enjoy our Many Outdoor Living Areas: We have over 3000 sq ft of rock walkways and patios. Our many outdoor areas allow your large group to get together, but not be underfoot all of the time. There is a large wooden deck off of the gameroom, overlooking the river. There is a large rock fire-pit, great for late evening relaxing. There is a large hot tub that overlooks the river and is great for watching the stars at night.
