It has a combination Tub and Shower. Downstairs: 4) This bath has a combination Tub and Shower. Cottage with River Suite: 5) This bath has a walk-in shower.

- Upstairs: King Bed in Master Bedroom. Queen Bed in Bedroom # 2. One queen, one twin daybed, one twin trundle in bedroom # 3. One Queen bed, and two twin beds in bedroom # 4. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. There are 3 full baths upstairs. Downstairs: Downstairs is private room, with a twin daybed and a twin trundle. We do not call it a bedroom, since it does not have a closet ( issues over the legal definition - ugh! ). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. River Suite in separate cottage next to the house: There is a separate, optional suite named The River Suite. It has a queen bed, and a twin bed. It has a private bath with a walk-in shower. This is in the cottage next to the main house, along with the game room. You have to pay a little extra for this suite to be included, unless you have a larger group ( 10 in off season and 14 in high season ), and then it is included at no additional charge.

In addition to the 4 house bedrooms, we also have a 'sleeping room' with a twin daybed and a twin trundle. We cannot legally call it a bedroom, because we have no closet in the room.
There is a 'River Suite' out in the same building as the game room. It has a queen bed, and one twin bed, a very nice private bath, and a full size washer/dryer. It is included at no charge, when you book for 14 people or more high seasson, or 10 or more in the Low season.. If you have less than 14, it costs an additional $60/nt in low and mid season, and $80/nt in high season. 6% tax applies as well.
