Grand Bahama Villa Details
Terms of Lease: Renters must agree to all terms in order to lease any units at Riviera Villas. Renters must report any damages immediately to the property manager when they first check in, or they will be charged for the damages. Renters will be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning charges for dirt above and beyond what is expected with normal use. Owners are not responsible for any personal injuries, theft or losses incurred by the renter or any member of the renter's party. If the premises are not vacated by check-out time, overtime cleaning charges may be passed on to the renter.
