This almost new central-aired 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage single family house located in the community of Wedgefield with a pool in Ocean View. It's across from a 27 holes championship golf course. About 5 minutes drive to the beach. It's kid friendly!!!, has a large deck, gas grill, wireless high speed internet, Br #1(Master): Queen; Br # 2: Queen; Br # 3: Queen; Br # 4: 2 Twins; Family room : Queen Sleeper; Den: 1 futon; All brms are on 2nd flr. There is a 3% Ocean View town tax. There is no additional fee to use the pool however when you check out the pool pass at check in we require a deposit for the pool pass refundable when return the pass. Please bring extra cash or check for this purpose. Thanks. This house is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
