Just 2 miles west of Silver Dollar City on Hwy 76. Minutes away from Branson shows, shopping malls, championship golf courses, Tablerock Lake marinas, fishing, and many other activities. It's the perfect place to spend your Branson Vacation. Rent for a week, a weekend or just rent weekdays at very economical rates. Our unit has a deck with a fantastic view of the Ozarks. If you like the water there are several marinas within 15 minutes where you can launch your boat or rent several different kinds of watercraft. We also have a parking area where you can keep your boat and trailer on the property. You can leave the condo and be at Silver Dollar City in 5 minutes or be in the heart of Branson in 15 minutes. What a perfect place! Branson, Missouri offers a unique combination of big time entertainment and tradition.

About Notch Estates: We have 130 wooded acres surrounding the complex that you are welcome to explore. Enjoy a 30-minute hike on a graded nature trail, but it is not for the faint of heart. After descending to the valley below the ridge you can look in any direction and see nothing but the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Getting there is easy but coming back up will be more of an effort. You'll find the woods are alive with many species of birds, squirrels and other little critters. Don’t be surprised if you see wild turkey, deer and other animals. You can leave the condo and be at Silver Dollar City in 5 minutes or be in the heart of Branson in 15 minutes. What a perfect place!

More about the area: If you like the water there are several marinas within 15 minutes where you can launch your boat or rent several different kinds of watercraft. We also have a parking area where you can keep your boat and trailer on the property. favorite place for reunions, church groups and family gatherings. There are 2 picnic shelters with barbecue grills available and a play area for the kids. A large swimming pool (3-8 feet deep) with a sunbathing deck is located next to the picnic shelters. One block away find another smaller pool (2-5 feet deep), perfect for children or you may just want to relax and get a good tan on the large sunning deck. Our pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor day.

Ski: Beyond the stage, Branson offers many unique attractions such as Silver Dollar City, a theme park trapped in the late 1800s and Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Play, based upon the story by Harold Bell Wright. Both of which are Ozark originals that have been bringing visitors to our area for over 80 years. Other area attractions include Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum and Ride the Ducks, a wacky adventure on a 1940s military amphibious vehicle turned tour guide. All of which makes Branson, Missouri a can't miss vacation!

Golf: Branson, Missouri offers a unique combination of big time entertainment and traditional family fun. From big stars to a big splash, Branson is a destination unlike any other. A literal show town, Branson features such big names as Andy Williams, The Gatlin Brothers, Pam Tillis, Mickey Gilley, Jim Stafford and Yakov Smirnoff. Branson is also home to unique venues like Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede and the Showboat Branson Belle. But, it's not just the big names that have made Branson what it is today. Many original Branson entertainers remain in full swing as well as a plethora of bright young stars and family entertainment which serve as a constant in the Branson spotlight along with new shows like Broadway! and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
