There are two couches in the living room, one full size a one love seat, which may be used for children.

Nearby Hill Country Rural & Village Day Trips: The historic town of Marble Falls with an old-time Main Street is very close. Llano with its historic sites and barbecue restaurant is within a 30-minute drive. Johnson City with LBJ Ranch Tours and Museum is also only 30 minutes away. An exotic wildlife safari is just outside Johnson City where children can feed and pet a variety of animals. The quaint town of Fredricksburg can be reached in 45 minutes and offers a fascinating look at German immigrant history, a view of old-time Sunday houses, quilt and antique shopping as well as a wildflower center. A winery tour is available in neighboring Kingsland. Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunsfels is very popular with young people.
City Sights to Explore: Austin is only 45 minutes away. Visit the LBJ Library or the UT campus. Shop at the cleverly designed Mall at Bee Cave Parkway set up as a small town with parking just outside the shops you want to visit. See the latest movies at Barton Creek Mall. Tour the Capitol and historic downtown district. Or go to San Antonio. See the Alamo, Sea World, the zoo, or take in a play at the Majestic Theatre. Be sure to try the Mexican Market and listen to the Mariachi players at Mi Tierra restaurant.
Natural Attractions: Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Canyon with an extensive cave tour are within a 30-minute drive. Take a Lake Buchanan Boat Tour or the Vanishing Texas River Cruise nearby. See the Canyon of the Eagles Observatory. Or ride the train between Burnet and Austin to enjoy the scenery. To the south visit the Enchanted Rock, a giant pink monolith revered by the Indians, or hike the trails at Pedernales State Park and Blanco State Park.
Golf: Neighboring towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland offer a number of public golf courses.
