Local taxes may apply. - No required CLEANING FEE if the house requires only 'normal cleaning' and is left in the condition it was upon arrival except: $15 if BBQ is used; $10 per bed for linens from 3rd and 4th bed.
NORMAL CLEANING includes showers, toilets, sinks, tubs, floors, one towel per person on contract, and sheets for two beds. There is a Departure Checklist in the home to assist with departures.

Municipal and Federal Regulations: CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if canceled with 2-months of arrival date. Full refund minus $100 if canceled with shorter notice if property is re-rented. If the property does not re-rent, the security deposit only will be returned. This vacation rental is licensed by the City of Napa, Business License #25656, Vacation Rental Permit #VR09-0025. The rental is offered in compliance with Section 3604(c) of the Federal Fair Housing Act (visit HUD.gov), which prohibits a discriminatory preference for a rental based on Race or Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, or Handicap/Disability.
