- The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival, or with deposit if the dates are under 60 days away.
- Reservations of 6 nights or less require a cleaning fee of $95.
- Pool/Spa heat is optional for $25 a day and requires a minimum of 5 nights.
- A $350 security deposit is required for all reservations and is due 60 days before arrival, or with full payment if dates are under 60 days away. - - Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
- Payments may be made by check, money order, certified bank check or credit cards. Payments must be made using US funds.
- If you wish to pay with a credit card you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal, however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for the transaction.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or over and must be a member of the party occupying the home.
