Cancellation & Return Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing; email is acceptable. The Owner will immediately put the property back on the market for rent. If successfully rented, the Owner will refund your money less a 10% processing fee. If the Owner is unable to rent the property, your payment will be forfeited unless you are paid in full, in which case the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
