- Garden Room: 2 twin beds or 1 king bed at rear of house on second floor. Extra quiet overlooks garden. Shared bath. $205 per night.
Princess Room: Standard full bed in middle of house on second floor. Shared bath. Very quiet. $175 per night.
Grand Army King Room: King bed overlooking park. Extra large room. Amazing light. Shared bath. $245 per night.
Terrace Suite: Queen bed overlooking park on third floor. Private bath, large private deck. $325 per night.
All four rooms:
$900 per night for 1-6 nights;
Weekly rate for minimum 7 night stay is $5,355. When all four guest rooms are rented, full use of the kitchen facilities is included in addition to the normal breakfast provided. Monthly rates available on request. - For a stay of 7 nights or more in any room, a 15% discount is applied.
These rates are subject to change at anytime prior to making a deposit of 50% for the cost of a stay. Cancellation 21 days or more prior to expected arrival date receives a full refund. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to expected arrival date receives no cash refund, but instead a credit of 100% of monies paid to a future stay. All cancellations subject to a $25 processing fee.
