Rates range from $2,600 -- $3,200/ per week Maximum occupancy of 10 people (including children) One (1) Week Minimum Stay (Saturday check-in after 2:00 PM / Saturday morning check-out at 10:00 AM) Book Early--This one rents fast!! ** Rental information and deposits** *Families only please (maximum occupancy is 10 people) *Sorry, No weddings or events *Sorry, No groups, college or senior week rentals *Non smoking property *Sorry, No pets allowed *One (1) week minimum stay. A rental lease agreement will be mailed (or E-mailed) to you. The signed lease and 50% of the rental payment is due within 7 days to reserve your week. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. A $500 Security Deposit is required.
