A security deposit in the amount of $400 is required. Security deposits will be returned in full after inspection of the home and within14 days of departure if there is no damage to the property. Guests have alternative option of purchasing Security Deposit Protection Insurance for $45 (non-refundable).
All rental costs are subject to 13% tax (State tax and Tourist Tax).
We sometimes do accept shorter bookings when there is a gap between stays and/or closer to the booking time.
