Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $2400 per month, discount for longer term lease.
    $400 refundable security deposit required for monthly reservation.
    Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
    30 day notice of cancellation required for refund of deposit.
