There is a large collection of both antique books and current magazines and novels, dating back to the late 1700s for your reading pleasure. There are many vintage documents, currency, and written materials from 1849 - the year the house was built - framed and on display throughout the house. The historical Dennis Public Library is history in itself and is a short walk from the house. The BEST ice cream parlor on the Cape is only TWO MINUTES away! Yummy!

Fresh Pond, The Bass River & Local Beaches: The home is set over 100 yards back from 'Olde Main Street' and since it's original construction has been moved twice to it's present location, the first home on a small, quiet cul de sac of only seven homes. It is literally steps away from the stunning beauty of the 87 acres of Fresh Pond and the surrounding wooded trails. There is a small, private beach area, limited to the use of residents and guests on the cul de sac.
