Lexington Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Check in time is 4pm - Check out time is 11am
$150 Security Deposit plus 10% of the rental cost is required to hold a reservation. The balance of the rental amount will be due two weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within (14) days of departure if the cottage is left in the same condition in which it was rented.
Cancellation Policy; A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled (14) days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. The rental deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is less than (14) days notice prior to arrival.
