Del Mar House Details

Deposits: A $500 security deposit is required, which $350.00 will be fully refunded after 10 days of departure, unless damages occur. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee.

Cancellation/Refund: Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date. A 50% refund based on reservation will be issued for cancellations made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date. A full refund minus an administration fee of 10% will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation date.
