Come and enjoy a well-appointed home located fifteen minutes drive from the beach and downtown. This a restful and relaxing home away from home set up so your vacation in Santa Barbara will be a memorable one. My home has hardwood floors throughout and is decorated beautifully and tastefully with watercolors and tapestries. A fully stocked designer kitchen awaits you with television and seating around the island for quick snacks or dining. The bedrooms have pillow top mattresses and luxurious high thread count linens, as well as plenty of soft comfortable towels, televisions with DVD players and a stereo system. There is a separate bath and shower in each bathroom with comfortable robes to lounge in as you have your morning coffee.. My place is pet friendly, however, I request you treat your pet with a topical flea control treatment one week before arrival.

The home is located on a lovely quiet street yet close to activities. It is just short walk to fine restaurants, shops and markets. Gorgeous mountain views everywhere you look and just a short distance to the beach. The Santa Barbara Mission and Golf courses are nearby, and a large shopping mall. Minutes to Downtown Santa Barbara with historic buildings, the Child's Zoo and the Santa Barbara Harbor. One half hour drive to Santa Ynez and many wineries. A short drive to many mountain hiking trails , the picturesque Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens, Lotus Land and the lavish estates of Montecito.

  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hour notice for daily and weekly rentals, and two week notification for monthly renters or deposit will be forfeited. Emergency situations such as illness with doctor verification or other equally serious situations will be honored.

Notes: All cooking utensils, pots and pans including slow cooker, Cuisinart coffee maker and a pound of excellent coffee beans plus grinder, serving platters, dishes and cutlery for eight place settings included in addition to table cloths, place mats and cloth napkins. There is a complete supply of all the spices and basic cooking ingredients available and the kitchen can be fully stocked with your personal grocery list prior to your arrival for an extra charge. The lovely dining room with antique dining table seats four easily, six with 'closeness', and the patio table just outside the dining room seats six to eight comfortably. The living room is restful, elegant but family friendly with comfortable seating, garden and mountain views, fireplace, bookshelves with wide range of reading materials and board games, television with DVD player, a CD player and a small collection of CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment. 'Concierge At Large' services available. Ask the owner about them and costs.

The Gardens and Patios: The gardens surrounding my place have been professionally landscaped and contain Mediterranean flowers and shrubs which are beautiful all year round but particularly so in summer. There are two patios surrounded by aromatic star jasmine and geraniums, plus hydrangeas, camellias, lavender and rosemary and orchids, all for your use and enjoyment. .
