Bienvenido, and welcome to the brand new Casa Birdie! The villa was designed with your complete comfort in mind. Within two minutes' walking distance, you will be dipping your toes in the sand at one of Cozumel's premier beaches: San Francisco. You will enjoy the rooftop patio which boasts a grass palapa with picnic table, lounges, and hammocks. While sipping your margarita, you can view the gorgeous Cozumel sunset, boats, or parasailors. Downstairs, the great-room consists of a large living-dining room area plus kitchen with bar seating to accommodate extra guests. The trundle-day bed rolls out to comfortably sleep two adults on twin-sized mattresses. A full-sized air bed and an extra mattress are also provided for any overflow. Upstairs, the two mini-suites consist of large bedrooms with private baths and private balconies for privacy. Downstairs, the bedroom also has a private bath. We are sure that you will fall in love with Casa Birdie.

One of the things that makes Casa Birdie special is it's location. Being next to Paradise Beach and San Fransisco Beach means that all of the water sports, beach and diving activities are at your doorstep. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Yet you still have all of the topical beauty of being located out of town. Taxis are always nearby at the beaches. For divers, all of the favorite dive sites are very close by. Parasailing, jet skis, and boats are all available at the beach sites. It;s perfect!!

Built in 2005, this elegant villa was designed with your complete comfort in mind. Offering an exceptional amount of privacy, the house has 3 mini suites with private baths and sitting areas. The two upstairs suites also boast private balconies overlooking the pool and with ocean views. All of our furniture was custom carved by a local artisan, and the house contains a unique collection of vintage Mexican feather paintings and other fine arts and local crafts. For socializing, the villa has a large great-room and fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The rooftop patio has a large grass palapa which covers a picnic table, grill, hammocks, and lounges.
