Our Villa is on the quiet side of the island in the Famous Folly Field Area, next door to Palametto Dunes Golf Course, Situated in a private gated resort with 24 security. Rent your bikes on-site and enjoy the famous bike paths right at our entrance that take you everywhere on the island or ride down the resorts private boardwalk over the protected marsh to the beach and stop at Coco's our private beach cabana for a cold one and watch the waves come in! At Coco's Cabana enjoy music, food, drinks, volleyball, and bathrooms and showers for your convenience. Just steps outside our villa is 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor running track, and tennis courts. Watch a tennis match from our front porch or feel free to use our rackets and balls and let the kids play. On site Grill and Deli, General Store, and no need to bring beach gear use ours (just bring towels and sunblock) and ride the beach shuttle down to the waves and enjoy our Island Getaway.

Beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach buggy, and cooler are located in the closet. We do not provide beach towels. Please take care of these items and Rinse any sand out for the next happy family. To keep our unit fresh and clean, our Villa is a NON-SMOKING unit, SMOKING IS OK OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH, ashtrays are provided.

Our Condo : Our Condo has been completely renovated with new cabinets in the kitchen, tile floors, new comfy carpet, new paint, wallpaper, and new solid wood furniture. Its is our home away from home. If we had to choose, we would never leave this amazing island. We hope that families will enjoy our villa as much as we do. And make lasting memories year after year.

Hilton Head Resort: The Hilton Head Resort where our Villa is located, has under gone a MULTI-MILLON DOLLAR renovation and it looks wonderful!!! Our Resort is next to Pallmetto Dunes Golf Course, open to the public. Less than 1 mile from the MALL and all the best shops, and right on the bike path. 20 minute bike ride to Coligy Plaza and Sea pines area. One mile from Sheltor Cove where Hilton Heads weekly FIRE WORKS shows are . We by far have the best location on the island, with feel at home privacy, and yet, five star resort features right off our balcony!!!!!
