Hollywood House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Contact owner for rates.
- Refundable Damage deposit of 175 dollars is required. Credit cards and checking account payments are excepted through paypal. Note if paypal deducts a fee , it is added to the rental rate, check with paypal for no fee credit cards or checking account. Deduction is only 2.9 to 3.9, (out of country). Cleaning fee is higher for more than two people.
There are no pets allowed at any time, this is an allergan free environment. Breaking this rule, voids damage deposit return, and you may be asked to vacate.
Rentals are non refundable. If you cannot arrive for alotted time, there is credit for another rental only if the dates missed are re rented to someone else. If that is done then you may select dates in the future subject to other booking.
