The booking/security deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure.
An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival
Small pets will be considered and require an additional $25 per night fee + additional $50 added to security deposit.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Fall Creek Falls House Details
Relax: Come to the rural countryside where the pace of living is slow and easy. Gain access to your hide-a way through an electric controlled entrance gate. Nature makes all the difference here as the surrounding lake and mountains provide a beautiful view in every direction. Listen to the singing of the birds, the chatter of the squirrels, the croaking of the frogs, the splash of fish jumping and at night the hoot of the owls, and the yelp of the coyote. Bring yourself, your friends, your loved ones and food. Everything else is provided in this, your home away from home.
Things to do: Fishing, peddle boating, outdoor grilling, picnicking, swimming, hiking, watching TV, DVD or VCR, reading a good book or just sitting back and being as lazy as you want to be. All this and more is yours on site. Just 18 miles from Fall Creek Falls State Park. There are several down home type restaurants a short drive away if you do not feel like cooking. The house is rustic, but very clean and features all the modern amenities. Secluded from neighbors, surrounded on three sides by a lake.
2 week notice: I will need at least 2 weeks notice prior to the expected rental date, Please do not request to stay without at least 2 weeks notice.
