Fall Creek Falls House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refundable Deposit,$200-$300 depending on length of stay, must be received within 7 days of booking
- Rates .. $125.00/night (tax inclusive) 3 night minimum required. One time Cleaning fee $65.00 plus
Refundable security deposit of $200.00

2 week rate/$1,300 + cleaning and security.
Rates above are for up to six adults.
An extra charge of $20 per person/per night is charged for
additional persons.
Small pets are welcome for a $10.00 per pet per night additional charge - This is a NON-SMOKING unit. (smoking permitted on outside deck only).
The booking/security deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure.
An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival
Small pets will be considered and require an additional $25 per night fee + additional $50 added to security deposit.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
