Shelter Cove House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cleaning fee: $80
Off Peak Rates:
Weekend rate of $400 assumes a 2 night stay.
Weekly rate is $1300
Extra nights are $200 per night
Peak Rates:
Weekend rate of $720 assumes a 3 night stay.
Weekly rate is $1550
Extra nights are $240 per night
Refundable deposit is required at time of reservation.
Deposits amounts: 3-10 night stays, $500; 11+ nights, $1000
All currencies are set forth and payable in US Dollars
Cancellation policy: 15% service charge for all cancellations. Exceptions: cancellations of 5+ night stays during peak season and holidays when less than 3 weeks notice is given shall forfeit the deposit used to secure the property.
Cleaning deposit is included in Security Deposit of $500.
