- The weekly rate is $ 900 (USD)
- We have flexible check-in and check-out days. Check-in time is after 12 p.m., check-out time is at 10 a.m.
- We accept personal checks, credit cards, or Paypal.
- We require a 25% downpayment when making the reservation to lock and hold the apartment for your desired time frame.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 (USD) is required in advance. The security deposit will be mailed back to you after you check out. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time.
- Final professional cleaning fee (required) is $150 (USD) -
The weekly rate includes:
-electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, unlimited local phone calls and calls to our telephone hotline, high-speed internet access, garbage, TV
- Basic necessities for your first day/night will be in the fridge to get you started.
- You will have a personal telephone “hotline” where we can address questions or problems, and you can get up-to-date local tips. We’re always just a phone call away +1 (408) 852-1727 to help you if needed. The hotline is available to you every day after 5 p.m. German time.
- Cancellation Policy - If you have to cancel your reservation there will be charges applied as follows:
- If we receive a cancellation up to 50 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 25% of your rental cost.
- If we receive a cancellation between 30 days and 49 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 50% of your total rental cost.
- If we receive a cancellation less than 30 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 100%

Lots of Extras and Services to chose from: How about a fresh, hot traditional, home-cooked, authentic German meal waiting for you when you arrive, or at some later point during your stay? We can arrange that for you! All meals are prepared fresh and served in the apartment. Each meal includes an appetizer, a main entree, and a dessert, along with a bottle of homemade wine (Price depends on family size and menu.). We also provide you with the experience and know-how of a local person at your disposal while you explore the local area (cost is $150). We especially recommend a tour through Wetzlar’s historic old town. The Wetzlar tour typically takes about 3 hours, and our tour guide Inge will meet you at the apartment. Inge speaks both English and German. For your convenience, we have compiled a special booklet about Wetzlar and its historic old town, which will be waiting for you in our apartment. Besides these services we offer weekly maid service, daily breakfast service with fresh German bread and rolls, and more options...

Golf: A nice golf course is not far away: Attighof Golf & Country Club in Waldsolms. They offer golf lessons, too, and have reasonable rates overall (e.g., 54 Euros for 18 holes). Attighof Golf & Country Club less than 20 miles from our apartment

Their apartment is a great place to stay. We always enjoy when the Kraft’s are visiting, and we can get together at their place to have a fun time.
