Bedroom recently updated with luxurius full size bed for two. Main salon has futon that sleeps two people. Air conditioned, cable TV, & high speed internet access. Off street parking for one small car. Short walk to private deeded beach, short drive to free town beach and park area. Close to railroad station, on bus route to New Haven and Branford. Two miles to shopping centers. Excellent local restaurants and nightlife. Great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful New England shoreline area setting. Easy access to arts and theater, swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking. Cottage is equipped with all amenities such as clean new bath towels, linens, dishes and cookware, selection of books and DVD movies .
