Dana Point Condo Summary

This Monarch Beach condo is 1200 square feet containing 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a wrap around balcony that is almost the full length of the condo. Both bedrooms have huge walk in closets and the master has a California king and the second bedroom has two double beds. The kitchen has granite counter tops with travertine floors and all of the appliances are stainless steel and new with a breakfast area as well. Both bathrooms have travertine floors and we have put the rain type shower heads in to give added water pressure! The unit has a washer dryer located outside the master bedroom . We have place upgrades throughout the whole house and just put a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room with surround sound. Community has guard gate entry, clubhouse, gym, pool area, and multiple spas! We are located next to the St. Regis resort and have trails to Salt Creek Beach which is gorgeous!
