Please Inquire for rate information on dates not above. Since there are two properties. The 4_ Bedroom home rents by the week at a rate of $2500 - $6950 and the completely separate and private Romantic Cottage is available on a weekly basis from $2300 - $3950.
Discounts for 2 week or longer, discounts for renting both the 4+ Bedroom house and the separate adjacent cottage at same time.
Utility fee $210 per week. Utility fee covers Groundskeeper 1-2 days per week, weekly pool cleaning and servicing, cable TV, Electricity, LP Gas, Air Conditioning or heat.
Refundable Security deposit drops to just $500 if $89 Insurance policy is taken, otherwise $1500 - Cleaning charge of $235 per week each for the cottage and/or for the 4+ Bedroom House. Contact us for availability on both properties as a single compound or the cottage separately. As a combined compound the property sleeps up to 16.
There are no shared features or use between properties, each is independent but can be opened and combined to accommodate larger parties.
Our 30' Cruiser Sunkist can be chartered for fishing trips, cruises or Gourmet Cruises. There is a 2 hour minimum and a 6 person capacity. Cruises MUST be scheduled in advance and include Gourmet Hors d'oeuvre, local Long Island wine. The cruiser has a full head facility and is Yacht Certified.
