Lake Mead which offers; fishing, boating, jet-skiing, and beaches are within 30 minutes. Golfing, shopping, and fine restaurants can be found less than 5 miles of the property. The Las Vegas strip is within 10 miles where you will find all the major hotels. It is our desire to make this vacation home the most welcoming and enjoyable place you've been.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date. A 50% refund based on reservation will be issued for cancellations made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date. A full refund minus an administration fee of 10% will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation date.
