Harpswell Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- **For any additional person, a charge of $150 per week per person will be added.
**Rental deposit is not refunded for cancellation unless a new renter is found for the cancelled week.
**Check in time is 1pm, renters must check in no later than 3pm. A $35 late arrival fee will be charged for checking in after 3pm.
**Heating season starts October 15th and ends last week in April.
$300 security deposit is required and is refundable at time of check out unless damages are found beyond ordinary wear and tear. 50% deposit for rent is required at the time the reservation is made. A written receipt will be mailed when the deposit is received. Shorter than one week stay may be arranged during spring and fall only. We accept payment by Personal Check.
